The former Editor-in-chief of independent publication Crypto Briefing, Mitchell Moos, is to replace Han Kao as CEO, with his old role being filled by Liam Kelly.
Han Kao is moving on to manage crypto VC Fund Sanctor Capital and, although he will no longer be involved in daily operations at Crypto Briefing, does remain their largest shareholder.
Crypto Briefing was founded in 2017 as a publication with a focus on the then booming altcoin market, and gained a large following thanks largely to its ICO and project reviews. Old crypto-hodlers will remember this time as being full of scams and over-inflated predictions about various different projects, and Crypto Briefing made it’s name by maintaining it’s integrity by keeping it’s reviews completely unbiased, often forgoing advertising revenue to do so.
Today Crypto Briefing has around 1m subscribers and followers, and is regarded as one of the big names in crypto journalism.
“It’s more important than ever that Crypto Briefing make progress towards its mission of helping people make informed crypto investment decisions….As CEO, I will double-down on our commitment to readers.”Mitchell Moos – CEO Crypto Briefing
